Please send purchase orders to the address listed below. CUP Services appreciates as much information as possible on purchase orders including bill-to/ship-to address, customer number, PO number, phone number, SAN, along with the quantity, title, author, and ISBN of each book. Customer purchase order numbers will be indicated on all invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Address: PO Box 6525, 750 Cascadilla Street, Ithaca, NY 14851
Each publisher fulfilled through CUP Services determines its own discount policy and schedule. To obtain copies of these discount policies and schedules, please contact us, or the appropriate client publisher. CUP Services will be happy to commingle titles from multiple publishers on one invoice/shipment, and will also combine released backorders on one invoice/shipment (unless instructed otherwise), but discounting is segregated by publisher, i.e., discount quantity breaks don't combine from multiple publishers.
CUP Services' invoices for customers who have established credit accounts are payable at net 30 days. New accounts need to prepay the first order and submit a credit application with references for credit approval. All other customers need to prepay. CUP Services accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments by check must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.
All CUP Services shipments are FOB Ithaca, New York. Preferred carriers are UPS and FedEx for orders shipped to the USA/Canada, and USPS ISAL (or equivalent) for international orders. Other shipping methods are available on request (such as LTLs).
Books may be returned to the address listed above without prior permission as long as they are in new, resaleable condition (no marks or stickers), and currently in print. Out of print titles may be returned for six months after OP date. The customer making the return must be the original purchaser of the returned books. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list indicating quantity, discount received, and original CUP Services invoice number. If no original invoice information is provided, credit will be issued at maximum trade discount allowable. Claims for damages, defects, shortages, and shipping errors must be made within 30 days of ship date.
